Abstrakt: The article discusses the fundamental interpersonal relations orientation (FIRO) scales by William Schutz. The FIRO-B scale is the measurement of characteristic behavior with regards to other people and social relationships. The FIRO-B interpersonal need scales comprise of inclusion-wanted, control-expressed, and affection-expressed. It states that FIRO-F scale focuses more on a person's level of emotion with a focus on aspects of inclusion, control, and affection.
