The article features Gold Bridge, British Columbia's Chilcotin Holidays Guest Ranch that offers wilderness vacation opportunities, guest ranch stays and log cabin building courses. Taught by Kevan Bracewall, the course reportedly teaches on-site log building fundamentals, forest tree selection and dealing with challenging logs. Since it is taught in the ranch's remote wilderness base camp, the lessons learned initially is how to saddle a horse and how to walk after riding the mountain Cayuse. |
