Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old male with untreated hypertension who was presented to a hospital with necrotic skin infection. The patient had undergone several tests to determine his initial blood pressure, heart sounds, and white blood cell counts. It adds that the patient was administered with vasopressin, blood products, and norepinephrine infusion. It is suggested that monitoring vital signs, blood loss, and urine output is important in the success of the case.
