Abstrakt: The article presents a case study on economist Amartya Sen's capability theory, employee information regulation, and corporate restructuring in Great Britain as of March 2012. An overview of the legal and industrial aspects of a British Information and Consultation Directive is provided, along with an examination of the nation's Trade Union and Labor Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 which deals with employee dismissals and redundancies.
