Abstrakt:	The article presents the author's insights on light emitting diode (LED) technology and on the development of landscape lighting LED equipment. The author says that everything changes with LED such as voltage drop and lamp life. She states that for 2012, manufacturers are providing LED MR16 replacement lamps in two outputs and up to four beam spread options. Moreover, fixture manufacturers do not install and test LED MR16 replacement lamps in the fixtures to affirm p-n junction temperature.
