Abstrakt:	The article reports on the congress that took place in the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid in June 20-22, 2011 named "Los Jesuitas. Religión, Política y Educación (siglos XVI-XVIII)". The focus of the conference was to discuss the influence of the Company of Jesus in the fields of education, politics and religion, since its foundation in the 16th Century.
