The article discusses the Useability Index developed for the Swan Canning Riverpark in Western Australia. The index was developed to give a set of indicators to evaluate the level of community benefit derived from parks and recreation reserved managed for public access. The project is in compliance with the monitoring, evaluation and reporting process (MER) of the River Protection Strategy, as required by the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006 (SCRMA). |
