FREQUENCY REGULATION: FOUNDATION FOR A NEW CONCEPT OF TONALITY.

Abstrakt: An essay is presented that discusses frequency regulation which the author defines as the application of a general concept of frequency as a means to control a series of frequencies. The author introduces the term Equal Differences Series (EDS), a harmonic number series that regulate a set of frequencies. The author states that without regulation of vibration or frequency, there would be no means to establish harmony thus frequency regulation is a foundation for a new concept of tonality.
