Abstrakt: The article presents information on the mitigation of climate change with reference to the risk and also magnitude and probability of harm due to the anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions. The pro forma treaty focuses on the protection of the straddling fish stocks and migratory fish stocks in high seas with respect to the reduction of the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Information on the protection of the ozone layer from the ozone depleting chemicals in the atmosphere is also presented.
