Abstrakt: The article discusses how to combine blue and yellow daylilies in the garden. It is stated that color intensity whether light yellow, lemon or gold flowers, does matter especially when adding the companion blue/purple and yellow/gold perennials and shrubs. It is stated that gardens should be designed with trees and shrubs first, then perennials, and lastly bulbs and annuals. It is stated that blue or yellow evergreens should be the background structure like Dwarf Blue Spruce "Montomery."
