| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the promotion of tribunals in Australia for resolving disputes and for providing fair and efficient decisions on cases. It focuses on Australia's largest tribunal the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and its journey to tribunal excellence, which aids in the impartial and independent interpretation of law. Information on the role of the stakeholders of VCAT for the assessment of tribunal excellence framework is also presented. |
