Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the highlights of the enlightenment programme organized by the Research Extension Centre in Vikarabad and the Department of Sericulture in India. Assistant Director of Sericulture Smt. J. Sumana briefed farmers about the subsidy for construction of rearing house and incentive for production of bivoltine cocoons. Shri B. Venkateswaralu explained the importance of quality cocoon for reeling. Doctor B. N. Murthy advised the farmers to go for soil testing once in two years. |
