The article discusses the necessity of sharing warnings of cyber threat to protect the country's infrastructure. It mentions that the Stuxnet virus code is already available in the Internet. It mentions three steps to counter cyber threats and these are the establishment of a clearinghouse to communicate data on cyber attacks and its countermeasures, partnership between private sector and the Defense Department, and the establishment of a 24-hour cybersecurity operation centers. |
