| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the impact of regulations that affect the rules on health and safety at work linked to the chemical risk assessment in Italy. It is important to ensure the right training to the workers as the old rules on classification, labeling and packaging of hazardous substances will be abrogated. Moreover, an employer can use the safety data sheet and labeling as tools in exchanging information. |
