The article discusses the services that the Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission (FPS) provides to Canadian courts, the Canadian Criminal Court Board (the Review Board) and adult mentally disordered people accused of crimes. An overview of the services that the FPS provides, including court-ordered psychiatric assessments and the presentation of forensic psychiatric evidence, is provided. |
