The article discusses highlights of the 54th Congress of the International College of Integrative Medicine held September 22-25, 2011 in Dearborn, Michigan. Speakers who gave reports were Diana Quinn on evidence-based studies on the "oncogenic terrain" and Doctor Robin Bernhoft on the diagnostic treatment for complex environmental illnesses. Other topics covered include multiple sclerosis and venous stenosis, infective etiologies in degenerative diseases, and Alzheimer's as "brain diabetes." |
