| Abstrakt: | The article presents information related to legal misconducts by the judges Michael Conahan and Mark Ciavarella related to "Cash-for-Kids" scheme. It then focuses on the history of doctrine of judicial immunity and its limitations. It further discusses the exceptions to this doctrine and its inapplicability to the current case. It concludes by stating that exceptions are necessary in cases where judges violate moral and criminal codes. |
