Abstrakt: The article discusses the case of a 38-year-old woman with a history of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Her chief complaints were bilateral flank pain and gross hematuria. Hypertension and tenderness in both costovertebral angles were detected via physical examination. Information on the results of her laboratory tests is provided. Also included are information on ADPKD genes, pathogenesis theories, and associated complications.
