The article presents information on a declaratory judgment action filed by the Plaintiff Transamerica Life Insurance Co. to resolve an ongoing dispute between it and the Defendants Nancy and Archie Moore over insurer's obligation to pay claims under a benefit policy. It further mentions filing of a counterclaim by the defendants alleging the insurers for fraud and civil conspiracy and also states filing of a motion by Transamerica for obtaining a protective order to facilitate discovery. |
