The article discusses a case filed in the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania by plaintiff Michael Dann against Lincoln National Corp. The case was related to employee retirement savings plan under Employee Retirement Saving Act against the sponsors and members of the committee for not providing correct information to participants regarding investment in plan sponsor's stock. As stated, the court granted the motion in part and denied the motion in part. |
