| Abstrakt: | The author offers insight on the redistricting of the City-County Council districts of Indianapolis, Indiana. He notes the attempt of reintroducing partisan map-making in the Marion Superior Court. He predicts that Democrats will redraw the partisan map if the Republicans will draw it in the waning hours of their majority. He considers making the minimum changes required by population changes and the required new precinct lines as the fairest, simplest and easiest way to redistrict. |
