The article presents a study which evaluates the promotion of regeneration and neuronal repair in rats with diffuse axonal injury through the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). The study made use of the liposomal delivery to assess BDNF's potential for neural regeneration and protection. The result of the study shows the effective promotion of neuronal repair and neurite regeneration through BDNF. |
