| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the efficiency of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation (AF) in isolated left ventricular (LV) diastolic dysfunction. The study performs ablation for antiarrhythmic drug (AAD)-refractor AF of patients having normal and LV abnormalities like LV ejection fraction (LVEF) and isolated diastolic function with preserved LVEF. Result shows 62% of systolic dysfunction patients shows AAD-free AF elimination, while patients with diastolic dysfunction shows 75%. |
