Abstrakt: The article discusses the race riot in Tulsa, Oklahoma in May 1921. The Tulsa race riot is being considered as the most deadly racial violence in the U.S. history wherein 100-300 people were killed and more than 8,000 were left homeless. It is also noted that the riot was never mentioned in history books or classrooms. Some of the victims, including Wess Young, are trying to revisit the riot with hopes of achieving justice. The article explains the results of increasing awareness of the riot.
