Remote Sensing Image Fusion with Bilinear Resampling Wavelet Transform.

Abstrakt: When the remote sensing pan image of high spatial resolution and multi spectrum image are fused, the multi-spectrum image is resampled with bilinear interpolation to be of the same spatial resolution as the pan image. Based on it, the two remote sensing images were transformed by wavelet. And their wavelet decomposition coefficients fusion formula was put forward. In order to verify the fusion way, it was compared with the nearest neighbor resampling wavelet transform, IHS (Intensity, Hue and Saturation) transform and Brovery transform fusion. The simulation shows that the proposed fusion method is of good performance of preserving the spectral and spatial resolutions for pan and multi-spectrum image, with the lowest loss of spectral information.
