It cites Ska Brewing and Upslope Brewing Co. in Colorado which increased the size and scope of their tasting areas. Tim Myers of Strange Brewing Co. considered his tasting room as a place where he gets direct feedback from his customers. It highlights the important of tasting rooms such as lighting, music, temperature, cleanliness, and stage setting. |
