Abstrakt: | The article discusses the importance of tasting room in packaging brewery. It cites Ska Brewing and Upslope Brewing Co. in Colorado which increased the size and scope of their tasting areas. Tim Myers of Strange Brewing Co. considered his tasting room as a place where he gets direct feedback from his customers. It highlights the important of tasting rooms such as lighting, music, temperature, cleanliness, and stage setting. |
