The article discusses issues concerning the implementation of suspicionless drug testing policies for public school teachers in the U.S. It explores the federal constitutional implications of such policies by analyzing American Federation of Teachers-West Virginia v. Kanawha County Board of Education and Carger v. Board of Education model cases. Moreover, it examines the state constitutional considerations in cases involving a state constitutional challenge to another drug testing policy. |
