Abstrakt: The article discusses the case of a 41-year-old woman presented with headache, tinnitus and bilateral panuveities with multiple serous retinal detachments. Following treatment with oral prednisone, the inflammation and serous detachments subsided. Two weeks later, the patient developed large retinal pigment epithelium tears (RPE) due to Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease, an inflammatory disorder of the choroid. A discussion of the symptoms and diagnosis of the VKH disease is also provided.
