The article focuses on the international partnership between Houston Community College (HCC) and the Supreme Education Council (SEC) of Qatar to aid the Community College of Qatar. It says that Houston, Texas is the global center for energy, finance, and space exploration and Qatar builds one of only three global liquid natural gas ship terminals near Houston. It adds that the partnership aims to provide students the opportunity to experience other culture by means of personal study and travel. |
