| Abstrakt: |
The article presents information on a study which examined the genetic and non-genetic factors affecting gestation period, litter size and weight at birth in broiler rabbits. It describes in detail the materials and methods used in the study. Findings showed that grey giant (GG) breeds of rabbits recorded the lowest gestation period, whereas in white giant (WG) and Soviet chinchilla (SC) it was 32.18±0.16 days and 32.14±0.22 days. |
