Abstrakt: The article discusses a study on the primary interactions between genotypes and environments using a GGE Biplot (GGE) software. It points out that GGE graphically shows the two sources of variation to be considered in cultivar and test environment evaluation namely the genotypic main effects (G) and GxE interaction (GE). An analysis of data within each environment were analyzed using the nearest neighbor analysis (NNA) procedure of Agrobase 21 software. The results of the study indicated that GGE was effective in conveying a biological understanding of the nature of the GxE in the cotton data set.
