The article focuses on the case of a 58-year-old ex-alcoholic patient who was presented to the hospital due to gastric pain for three days with one day nausea, choluria, and jaundice. It says that the patient was diagnosed with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of intrahepatic bile duct (IPMN-b type). It adds the classification of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm such as non-cystic and cystic which can be subdivided into oncocytic tumors, intestinal tumors, and gastric tumors. |
