Abstrakt: The article discusses the workers' lockout at the uranium processing plant of Honeywell Corp. in Metropolis, Illinois. By June 2011, the lockout would had been staged for a year and the union could see signs of victory after curtailing production and spurring investigations and sanctions by regulators. The management of Honeywell reportedly backed off some of its concession demands opposed by the union, including the elimination of retiree health coverage.
