| Abstrakt: |
The article describes the use of zygomatic implants to restore the maxillae of a patient with a severely atrophic edentulous maxilla and a patient who underwent a sub total maxillectomy in the treatment of a maxillary adenocarcinoma. An overview of the surgical protocol for the implantation of the zygomatic implants is provided. It describes each patient and the outcomes of the use of zygomatic implants as an alternative to traditional and non-grafting procedures. |
