Abstrakt: The article focuses on the carcass of a male flat-headed cat Prionailurus planiceps discovered in Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia on January 1, 2010. Among the distinctive characteristics of the species are its long flat skull and small ears. It was concluded that the carcass was a victim of a roadkill. The prediction made by researcher A. Wilting and colleagues about the suitability of the area for the species was said to be confirmed by the discovery.
