Abstrakt: Integrity comes first in the management of restaurants under market economy, and it also plays a key role in improving the service competitiveness among restaurants. As main characters in restaurant management, professional managers understand that their integrity is greatly related to the fate of their restaurants, and thus it is particularly important to construct the integrity system for professional managers. An analysis is made of the causes for the lack of integrity, and of elements affecting the construction of integrity for professional managers in China's restaurants.
