Abstrakt:	The article presents a summary from the complete International Target Values (ITVs) 2010 report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the measurement of uncertainties in safeguarding nuclear materials. The report is designated to be used by plant operators and safeguards organizations as a reference of the quality of measurements achievable in nuclear material accountancy. The scope of ITVs also involved destructive analysis (DA) methods to nondestructive assay (NDA) methods.
