| Abstrakt: | The author discusses highlights of the Miwok 100K running competition which was held in Sausalito, California on May 7, 2011. He claims that he lost about 25 seconds to Mike Wolfe and Dakota Jones during a run from Randall aid station to Bolinas Ridge. The author recalls the first time he run for the Miwok, comparing it with the 2011 race which he praised for its aid station format. Some of the food he ate during the run include peanut butter and jelly. |
