The article reports that the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and the American Hospital Association (AHA) commented that the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice should contend the proposal in their of antitrust enforcement policy on accountable care organizations (ACOs). According to AHA and FAH, the proposal is inappropriate on providers participating in ACOs. FAH suggested that the antitrust agencies adopt a method that is constant with their antitrust law enforcement. |
