Abstrakt:	The article reports on the library science conference of the association Bibliothek und Information Deutschland (BID) entitled "Impulse 2011 - Streitbar, sichtbar, machbar", which took place on February 9th and 10th, 2011 in Reutlingen, Germany. The opportunities for lobby work for libraries and other information resource centers, how lobbying might best be done, and the resources required to do it were the main topics of discussion.
