Abstrakt: The article investigates the effects of early reperfusion during acute myocardial infarction (MI) on the inducibility of ventricular tachycardia (VT). The authors also assess the impact of early reperfusion on inducible VT cycle length (CL) and whether it can result in the spontaneous occurrence of VT late after MI. They reveal that differences in VT inducibility, induced VTCL and spontaneous VT occurrence exist between patients with successful reperfusion during acute MI and those without.
