The article presents the author's views on the role of law schools and being an outside dean in the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in the U.S. She defines outside dean as a dean who is an outsider and comes from outside the law school faculty, whether from elsewhere in the university or the world of legal academia. She also discussed the difference between leadership, management and administration of a dean and their importance. |
