This article presents a profile of U.S. sports broadcaster Al Michaels. During his years in sports broadcasting, Michaels hosted all major U.S. sports championships for network television, such as the Super Bowl and the World Series. He won a number of awards, including five Emmy Awards for Outstanding Sports Personality -- Play-by-Play (Host). He left ABC to host "Sunday Night Football" with John Madden on NBC. |
