| Abstrakt: | The article looks into the problem areas for copyright enforcement which arise from the emergence of cloud computing. It examines the copyright jurisprudence which involves cloud computing and describes the viability of copyright enforcement in cloud computing. It also provides the framework of copyright law in the U.S. which is relevant to cloud computing and reviews some copyright-related court cases. |
