The article discusses the aspects of prize-linked savings (PLS) programs in the U.S., which give holders a chance to win cash prizes or electronics for contributing to their savings. According to Timothy Flacke, Doorways to Dreams (D2D) Fund executive director, the programs are appropriate and timely that helps people in their investments. He points out that an encouragement for all people to focus on establishing own stability and financial security, should be a national priority. |
