The article discusses the study which reviews the Canadian Supreme Court decision that exposes the legal and logical commercial structure in Caisse populaire Desjardins de l'Est de Drummond case. It examines the principles of the Canadian personal property security law that cover the commercial arrangements on compensation rights. The author hopes to give light on majority of court decisions in Drummond and to create justifiable concerns on problematic decisions in similar court cases. |
