Abstrakt: The article presents the case of a 53 year old female pharmacist with complaint of 4 month stiffness of the ring finger in her right hand. She had a history of weekly ten-pin bowling games. Her physical exam is presented with no further investigations needed for the diagnosis of stenosing flexor tenovaginitis, or trigger finger. Literature recommends corticosteroid injection as first line treatment. Splinting, surgery and activity modifications are also part of possible management.
