| Abstrakt: | In this article, the author discusses how honking is effective in warning birds and other animals away from the roadway. He states that birds are attracted to roads and adjacent ditches for various reasons at different seasons and are killed by running vehicles, thus in order to conserve birds, it would be beneficial if honking would be practiced by more drivers. |
