The article presents the most common problems encountered by dentists and tips on how to handle them. It cites schedules as one of the biggest problem areas. Dr. Fraser Clokie in Toronto, Canada schedules chronically late patients late. Kristen Pierri, office manager for Dr. Lance Brown, provides their patients with the cost of treatment plans before getting the procedure done. For patients who are impossible to please when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Clokie gives them back their money to cut his losses. |
