Abstrakt: The article discusses a court case wherein the complainant challenged the admissions policy of Jews Free School (JFS) that gave preference to children who are recognized as Jewish according to the Orthodox Jewish religion. It says that the complainant challenged the policy on the grounds that it violated the Race Relations Act of 1976. It relates that the court considered the JFS move as a direct discrimination act.
